Monday Night Play is a space to come together with somatic and energetic guidance, movement improvisation, live musical accompaniment, and community. This monthly event is facilitated by Tracy Broyles (movement), and Adrian Hutapea (music.)

Our time begins with an inquiry of the monthly theme. September's theme is Abundance. Where do we make choices from? Do we have choices around our choices? What role does our body play in guiding our decisions in a moment to moment experiment? During Monday Night Play we move into a collective practice of improvisation, we give the themes room to bloom or die through a movement score with live music. We will finish with a deep relaxing meditation. It is a playful journey into curiosity and intuition, response and action, embodiment and deep tending.
